Stephanie Delp

Stephanie Delp, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Horst Group since March 2020. Prior to this role, Stephanie held multiple positions at STONERIDGE RETIREMENT LIVING COMMUNITIES INC, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Benefits Manager, HR Recruiter, and Human Resources Administrative Assistant from August 2015 to February 2020. Experience also includes working as a Pre-Pricing Claims Analyst at Cigna from October 2005 to December 2009 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Wenger Feeds from August 2001 to July 2005. Stephanie graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
