Ben Diaz

Ben Diaz has a strong background in human resources, with experience in multiple industries. Ben most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at The Hospitals of Providence starting from July 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Multi-Site Human Resources Leader at Schneider Electric from February 2018 until June 2023. Ben also held the position of Human Resources Director at Goodwill Industries of El Paso Inc., from April 2015 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Compliance Officer/Human Resource Director at M&G L.L.C/Western Refining for eight years, from April 2007 to March 2015. Their early career includes a role as a Human Resources Manager at Dish Network, starting in November 2004 and ending in April 2007.

Ben Diaz has a Masters of Business Administration/HR Labor Law degree from Penn State University. In addition, they have obtained the Transforming Leadership Level 4.0 certification from INSEAD in September 2019.
