Susana Palacios Olmos started their work experience in 1997 as an Assistant/Receptionist at Punto Fa, where they provided telephone customer service.

Susana then moved on to become an Office Manager/Assistant at Framig from 1998 to 2004, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

In 2004, they joined Tot Cases as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant and was responsible for performing administrative support tasks to the Managing Director and Head of Sales Operations.

In 2017, they worked at ISDIN as an Office Manager/Assistant, serving as an Executive Assistant to the Country Manager of Spain.

Susana then joined GM Fuel as an Office Manager from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an Executive & Personal Assistant at Tradisa, providing support to the President and the Management Team.

Currently, they hold the position of Executive Assistant & Office Manager at The Hotels Network, where they manage office operations and supports the CEO and founder.

Susana Palacios Olmos began their education in 1990 at IPF García Lorca in El Prat de Llobregat, where they earned a degree as an Auxiliar Admnistrativo FPI. Their field of study focused on administration and general business management. Susana then went on to attend IFP Illa de Banyols from 1992 to 1995, specializing in administrative techniques and earning a Técnico especialista administrativo FPII. Finally, from 1995 to 1997, Susana studied at Escola de Comunicació, Turisme i Empresa Formatic Barna. Passeig, completing a degree in Relaciones Públicas. Their studies encompassed public relations, advertising, and applied communication.
