Wim Lamont

Wim Lamont has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Wim started their career in 2008 as an Analysis Programmer at b-inside bvba, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Syx Automations Group as a Support Medewerker for a few months. Later that year, they joined House of HR and worked as a Software Developer specializing in Progress. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Advanced Software Developer at the same company, where they provided software solutions for contracts, management, and HR. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as an IT Team Lead at House of HR. In 2020, they transitioned to a role as an RPA/2nd/3rd Line IT consultant until 2021. Currently, they are serving as the IT Team Lead in House of HR, a position they assumed in 2022.

Wim Lamont attended HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Netwerkeconomie. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2005, they attended IHKA and studied Economics. Wim also obtained a certification in Progress in 2008 and in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in 2020.
