Erin Hochstein has worked in the communications and marketing industry for over 15 years. Erin began their career at NATIONAL Public Relations in 2006 as an Associate. In 2010, they joined lululemon athletica Australia & New Zealand, where they held various roles including PR & Communications Manager, International Communications Manager, Communications Specialist, Influencer Marketing & Digital Public Relations Specialist, and Public Relations Specialist. In 2017, they became the Public Relations Manager at Shopify Plus, where they were responsible for developing and implementing integrated product communication campaigns. Erin then moved to Shopify in 2018 as the Public Relations Lead - Enterprise, Retail & Consumer, where they drove and owned the creation and execution of fully integrated B2B and B2C communications strategies. Erin also held various roles at Rubikloud Technologies (Acquired by Kinaxis) from 2018-2021, including Global Marketing Director, Director, Marketing Communications, and Director, Communications. Most recently, they were appointed as the Director, Impact Marketing at The House of LR&C in 2021.

Erin Hochstein has a diverse educational background. Erin obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Victoria between 2007 and 2011. Erin also holds an Honours Bachelor in English & Professional Writing from the University of Victoria, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. In addition, they have two certifications: Doing Business in Germany and the European Union from the Mannheim Business School (obtained in September 2019) and a Certificate of Investor Relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association (obtained in December 2016).
