Felicity Kenny McIm

Felicity Kenny MCIM is an experienced marketing professional and managing director, currently serving as Managing Director at The HR Dept and The Health & Safety Dept since 2017 and 2020, respectively. Felicity has held multiple roles, including Marketing Director and Head of Marketing and Events at The HR Dept, and previously worked as a Marketing Manager for The Cotswold Group, representing the UK and Ireland in the Global Marketing Team for G4S Investigation and Risk. Earlier experience includes roles at England Rugby Travel, where Felicity coordinated bespoke sports travel tours and national marketing campaigns, as well as in medical market research and event sales. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Communication Studies from Cardiff University and a CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College.
