Lisa Davies is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently, Lisa serves as the Head of Operations at The HR Dept and previously held the position of Franchise Operations Support Manager. Lisa's extensive operational management experience includes roles at Loungers plc as Operations Manager, THE CORNISH BAKERY SHOPS LIMITED as Head of Operations, and Square Pie as Operations Manager.
