Jim Garrison

Jim Garrison is a seasoned professional in human resources and engineering, with extensive experience across various industries. As a Partner and Consultant at The HR Manager LLC since March 2010, Jim provides expert HR consulting to a diverse clientele, including boutique hospitality and high-tech sectors. Previously, Jim founded The Applicant Manager, a cloud-based applicant management tool aimed at enhancing recruitment processes for small- to medium-sized businesses. Jim also owned J-Gar Consulting, focusing on information management solutions. Prior to this, Jim held significant engineering roles at National Semiconductor and Samsung Semiconductor, where responsibilities included managing test and product engineering teams and developing analog/mixed-signal processes. Jim's early career saw leadership at ULSI Systems, overseeing manufacturing operations in a startup environment. Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
