Ernesto Padron

Ernie oversees all aspects of the development process on a variety of new construction mixed-use projects as well as the ongoing operations of completed projects, including Cooper Park Commons, The Breeze and BEC II. His background includes the development of large-scale projects and public sector experience. Ernie received a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University.
