Kristen Aiken has over 20 years of experience in online media as an award-winning editor and journalist. Kristen has held various roles in the lifestyle and commerce space, including Editorial Director and Head of Life and Commerce at HuffPost. Kristen has a strong track record of managing diverse teams and delivering on revenue and traffic goals in fast-paced newsrooms. Prior to their time at HuffPost, they worked as a Senior Food Editor at NBC Universal and an Online Editor at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Kristen also has experience as an Editorial Producer at Major League Baseball and a Writer/Editor for the New York Yankees.

Kristen Aiken attended Barnard College from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a BA in History, graduating cum laude. During the same time period, they also attended Columbia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 2007 and 2008, Kristen pursued their passion for culinary arts by attending the French Culinary Institute, earning a Grande Diplome in Classic Culinary Arts.
