Tessa Ammons

Tessa Ammons currently serves as the Senior Events and Engagement Lead at The Humane League since October 2024. Prior experience includes working as the Outreach Manager for Texas Network of Youth Services, where Tessa managed membership programs, coordinated events, and drove outreach initiatives. Tessa's background also includes roles as a Veterinary Science CTE Teacher and Curriculum Developer at Oregon Charter Academy and as Owner of Not Lost on Me, focused on design and consulting. Additional experience includes administrative and support roles in various organizations, including the Oregon Youth Authority and Miracle-Ear, Inc. Tessa holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Portland State University in Social Science and Organismal Biology, supplemented by a Certificate in Grant Writing and Management.
