Dawn Delventhal

Dawn Delventhal has over 27 years of experience in event management and business development. Dawn started their career at the Baltimore Convention Center as an Account Executive before moving on to roles at companies like Conferon Incorporated and Meeting Insites International, where they served as Vice President & Partner. Dawn then joined The Humane Society of the United States, taking on various roles such as Director of Special Events and Senior Manager of Conferences & Events. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, overseeing the planning and execution of major conferences and events in the animal protection field.

Dawn Delventhal studied Criminal Justice at Radford University and Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2002, they obtained a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from Events Industry Council. Additionally, they have obtained various other certifications in the field of hospitality management and workplace diversity.
