Senior Account Manager at The Iconic

Rebecca O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca started their career in 2003 at ONE O FOUR Sales Agency, where they worked in customer service and account management. Rebecca then joined Billabong Group as a Kustom Footwear Account Manager from 2005 to 2006 and later became a Billabong Womens Key Account Manager in Sydney from 2007 to 2009.

In 2010, Rebecca transitioned to The Label Agent Sales Agency, where they served as Director until 2012, representing brands such as Brixton, Herschel Supply Co, and RAEN. Rebecca then joined Brixton as Sales and Marketing Coordinator from 2012 to 2014 before being promoted to Brixton Sales and Marketing Manager, Australia. From 2015 to 2016, they took on the role of Australasian Sales and Marketing Manager.

Rebecca's work experience also includes roles at David Jones as Assistant Buyer in 2017 and Ultraceuticals as a Marketing and Events Executive (Contract Role) in the same year. Rebecca further expanded their skills and knowledge by working as the Sales Manager for Karolina York, overseeing sales in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia from 2017 to 2018.

Most recently, Rebecca O'Neill joined RVCA as a National Sales + Key Account Manager from 2018 to 2020 before moving to their current role as a Senior Account Manager at THE ICONIC in December 2020.

Rebecca O'Neill pursued their education at the Australian Retail Institute from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a Diploma of Retail Merchandise Management. Prior to that, they attended Brookvale TAFE from 2008 to 2009 and completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
