Tom Simpson

Tom Simpson has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Tom began their career at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a Merchandiser/Planner from October 2008 to January 2014. Following this, they served as a Merchandise Planning Manager at George @ Asda from February 2014 to July 2015. Tom then joined Yours Clothing as the Head of Non-Clothing, where they managed a team of 8 and restructured the accessories and lingerie range to make it more commercially successful. Tom Simpson also worked at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a GLG Council Member - Retail, where they provided industry and discipline-focused consultations to decision-makers. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Menswear at THE ICONIC, where they are responsible for developing and growing the Menswear departments and implementing best practices.

Tom Simpson attended Hinchingbrooke secondary school from 2002 to 2004, where they studied business, economics, and graphics at A-levels. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a BA Hons degree from The University of Huddersfield. Tom'sdegree included courses in fashion design, economics, business studies, and graphic design, with a focus on mathematics and English.
