Noel Simon Joseph

Noel Simon Joseph is a Digital Transformation Analyst at Lenovo, having joined the newly established Digital Transformation Center of Excellence team in India in June 2023, where contributions focus on pioneering initiatives and global collaboration. As a Founding Member of The Indian Startup Community, Noel plays a vital role in building India's largest startup super-community on WhatsApp. Previous experience includes a Product and Operations Manager Intern role at FrontRow, where leadership involved managing a team and operational responsibilities, as well as a Project Management Intern role at Futwork, which included recruitment and quality checks for telecalling projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, complemented by foundational education from DAV International School.
