Maqsood Alam

Maqsood Alam is a Senior Cyber Security Technical Specialist at TAQA (Industrialization & Energy Services Company) since September 2021, responsible for ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations while implementing technologies that adhere to ISO27001 and Saudi National Cybersecurity standards. Concurrently, Maqsood serves as a Senior Cyber & Network Security Engineer at Tech Stations Co. since April 2015, focusing on executing network and cybersecurity projects for clients, including the configuration of advanced security systems. Previously, Maqsood worked as a Network Engineer at A. S. Alsayed & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd, managing secure communications networks, and as a Network & Systems Engineer at Orient Global (PVT) LTD in Pakistan, where responsibilities included establishing and troubleshooting IT networking environments. Maqsood holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, completed in 2009.
