Danni Luik

Danni Luik is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at The INKEY List since August 2017. In addition, Danni holds the position of Co-Head of Knowledge and Education for The INKEY List Empowerment Collective, focusing on initiatives to eliminate inequality and promote anti-discrimination within the organization. Previous roles include People Operations Manager and Commercial and Operations Assistant at Burton on the Wolds Primary School, as well as various administrative and support positions at De Montfort University, Spirit Healthcare, CE Trading Group, and e2save.com. Danni holds a BSc in Psychology from The Open University, completed between 2015 and 2021, and attended Rawlins Community College from 1997 to 2001.
