Tertius Rust

Tertius Rust is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the water utilities sector, currently serving as SWAN Diplomat and SWAN Ambassador at SWAN - The Smart Water Networks Forum since April 2021. Tertius is also the Executive Director at The Innovation Consulting Company, a continuation of TR Solutions since November 2023. Previously, Tertius held positions such as Head: AMI and Digital Transformation at the City of Cape Town, Founder of TR Solutions, and Head of Digital/Utilities at Jacobs, where a focus was placed on technical leadership and innovation in the industry. Tertius has worked in various countries including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, and South Africa. Tertius holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in Innovation Management from Henley Business School, alongside an MScEng and a Bachelor of Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
