Pete Douglas

Pete has spent his entire career building teams that develop SaaS and service solutions for insurance carriers and fleet management companies. Directly prior to coming to Innovation Group in 2014, he played key roles at Enservio and Hertz during periods of significant growth at both companies. Pete is passionate about leveraging technology and process to drive Customer Experience improvements. That energy and commitment are visible throughout Innovation Group.
