Luis Perez

Luis Perez is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the corporate real estate sector. Currently serving as Managing Director for Latin America at The Instant Group since October 2016, Luis leads initiatives focused on agile workspace solutions. Prior to this role, Luis spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, holding various positions including Sr Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Latin America, where responsibilities included managing corporate real estate strategy and facilities management. Additional experience includes roles at Jones Lang LaSalle as Real Estate Program Manager and at Masisa in strategic planning. Luis holds an MBA in Global Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
