Josephine Sanchez has a diverse range of work experience. Josephine started their career as a Store Manager at JCrew, where they managed daily operations and store functions. Later on, they worked as a Property Manager at 3D Building, where they managed an 11-family home and handled rentals and repairs. Josephine then joined South Bergen Oral Surgery as a Practice Administrator, where they effectively managed patient and employee relations, implemented organizational procedures, and oversaw financial collections. Currently, Josephine is working at The Institute for Family Health, where they have held various roles, including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Business Development and Revenue Cycle. In these positions, they were responsible for maintaining and negotiating payer contracts, overseeing financial surveillance and claims processing, and managing a large staff of providers.

Josephine Sanchez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 1999-2001.
