Laura Pollock

Laura Pollock has a diverse work experience starting as a General Manager at Best Buy from 2006 to 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Epic ATE Support for Englewood Health and a Cadence CT at Ardent Health at Optimum Healthcare IT. Laura then joined New York City Health + Hospitals/The HCI Group as an Epic Cadence/Prelude Credentialed Trainer in 2019 for a few months. Currently, they are working at The Institute for Family Health as an Ambulatory & Patient Access Principal Trainer and HIT Trainer.

Laura Pollock completed their Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Syracuse University between 2001 and 2005.
