Terrence Conklin

Terrence Conklin is a Senior Health Home Care Navigator at The Institute for Family Health. Prior to this, Terrence worked as a Transition of Care and Wellness Team at People Inc. and as a House Painter at Neffpaint LLC. With previous experience at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as a Residence Manager and Med Transporter, Terrence has a background in order medications, making medical appointments, and direct care duties. Additionally, Terrence has served as an Assistant Residence Manager overseeing residential programs and in the role of Dayhab Specialist planning and executing outings. Terrence holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Empire State College and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Adelphi University.
