Kate Yates

Kate Yates works at The Institute of Asset Management where Kate serves as the Patron's Representative for TfL. Kate has been with Transport for London since August 2007, holding various positions such as Senior Asset Strategy Manager and Principal Sponsor for Civils Renewals and Retail Development. With a background in Modern European Languages and extensive experience in asset management, Kate has played a key role in ensuring asset management excellence and certifications such as ISO 55001 within London Underground. Prior to their current roles, Kate also gained valuable experience in operations management and development at Thames Travel and as a Graduate Trainee at First Group.
