Rozina Muzammil

Dr. Rozina Muzammil, FCMA, FPFA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF)-Pakistan and has held a similar position at The Institute of Bankers Pakistan since December 2015, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Prior to these roles, Dr. Muzammil was the Executive Director at the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants and held various positions at AHMED FOODS (PRIVATE) LIMITED, ultimately serving as General Manager Finance. Dr. Muzammil's educational background includes a PhD in Business Administration from Asia e University, an MBA in Finance, and a professional qualification as a Fellow of the Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
