Charles Crumpton is a highly experienced mediator, arbitrator, and strategic consultant, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving at Crumpton Collaborative Solutions since July 2014, Crumpton specializes in civil and public policy mediation and arbitration, as well as conflict coaching. Additionally, Crumpton is a consultant with Accord 3.0 Consultants, providing strategic planning and conflict resolution services for complex public policy issues. An accomplished educator, Crumpton holds positions as an adjunct professor at both the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Hawaii Pacific University, where instruction focuses on negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
