Daniela Gabbay

Daniela Gabbay is a distinguished professional in the field of dispute resolution, serving as a Distinguished Neutral at CPR since June 2017. Gabbay has extensive experience as an arbitrator and mediator at various institutions, including CAMARB, CAM-CCBC, and the Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem da Sociedade Rural Brasileira. As a partner at Daniela Gabbay Resolução de Conflitos since January 2022, Gabbay continues to play a pivotal role in conflict resolution. Academically, Gabbay is a professor at Fundaçao Getulio Vargas Law School, teaching subjects related to civil procedure and mediation and coordinating research in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Gabbay also holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Civil Procedure from Universidade de São Paulo and has recently been appointed as a visiting professor at Universidade de Lisboa for a brief term in 2024.
