Kolby has have been in staffing for 7 years. He started his talent management career as an IT recruiter at Kforce. There, his responsibilities grew to that of Recruiting Director.

He was drawn to The Intersect Group by the opportunity to quickly and effectively make decisions that would allow him to have an immediate impact on our 4 C’s: Colleagues, Candidates, Clients, Community.
