Shelby Rauenhorst

Shelby Rauenhorst has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shelby most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE) starting in 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Staff at Performance Sleep Labs from 2016 to 2019, where they managed day-to-day operations and coordinated administrative support. Shelby also served as a Substitute Teacher at North County Coastal Substitute Consortium in 2015 and worked as a Counselor at Center for Discovery during the same year. Shelby's work experience also includes being a Behavior Interventionist/Trainer at Autism Intervention and Resources Inc. (AIR) from 2014 to 2016 and serving as an Intern at Palomar Health- Pathmaker Internship Program from 2013 to 2014, where they gained experience in direct patient care. Additionally, they worked as a Barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in 2010 and as a Lab Assistant for the IMSD Program in 2009.

Shelby Rauenhorst obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology with a concentration in Science, Medicine, and Technology from the University of California, San Diego, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they attended Santa Barbara City College in 2010 for general education courses. Shelby also holds certifications in BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association, obtained in 2013, and a Substitute Teaching Credential from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
