Steven Lucas has over 25 years of work experience. Steven started their career at UPS as an Operations Supervisor and worked there for ten years. Steven then moved on to WESCO Distribution, where they served as an Operations Manager for three years. After that, they joined G3 Enterprises as a General Manager and Operations Manager for four years. Following their time at G3 Enterprises, they worked at Constellation Brands as a U.S. Quality Assurance Manager for two and a half years. Steven then joined Clearwater Paper Corporation as a Senior Manager in Warehouse and Distribution for one year. In 2018, Steven became the Vice President of Operations at The Islander Group, Inc. and is currently employed there. Steven also holds the position of Sheriff's Deputy at Big Horn County Sheriff's Office, starting in 2022.
Steven Lucas has a diverse education background. Steven began their academic journey in 1997 at Moraine Valley Community College, where they successfully completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Applied Science in 2002. Steven then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Governors State University from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they attended National Louis University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management between 2005 and 2007. Lastly, Steven enrolled at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago in 2014 and completed a program in Executive Management - Logistics & Supply Chain, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management in the span of a year.
