Phadra Saunders

Phadra Saunders is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Jamaica Biscuit Company since February 2024. Previous experience includes a role as Director, People Business Partner at Flow from October 2017 to July 2023 and as Regional HR Business Partner for the Caribbean at Digicel Group from 2016 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing People Operations for multiple Eastern Caribbean markets. Phadra also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Flow from July 2014 to November 2015 and served as Regional HR & Talent Manager for the Caribbean at Grupo Unicomer / Unicomer Group from January 2010 to July 2014, focusing on HR initiatives across 11 markets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from The University of the West Indies, along with multiple certifications and diplomas in human resources and related fields.
