Charlie James

Charlie James has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charlie began their career as a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the United States Navy's Supply Corps. After their military service, Charlie worked as the Director of Finance for Kmart, specifically in the Real Estate department. In 2002, they co-founded Venator, a successful recruiting and staffing firm focused on accounting, finance, and engineering roles. Charlie held the position of Founder and Executive Vice President at Venator until 2010. Charlie then joined Oswald Companies as the Vice President of Commercial Insurance, where they managed strong relationships with clients and collaborated with numerous insurance professionals worldwide. Currently, Charlie is the Director at Risk International, utilizing their expertise in risk management consulting to provide clients with effective solutions to reduce Total Cost of Risk.

Charlie James completed an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 1997. Prior to that, they studied Economics at the University of Notre Dame from 1988 to 1992.
