Kait Boss

Kait Boss is a seasoned development executive currently working at The Jim Henson Company, a position held since November 2023, following a tenure as Head of Development and Production at Tiny Souls Media. Previously, Kait held roles at The Jim Henson Company as Director and Manager of Children's Television, and served as a freelance writer and development consultant, working with Mattel and Educational Insights. Kait's experience also includes serving as Associate Content Producer/Creative Executive at American Girl and participating in various roles in video editing, event planning, and academic advising. Kait earned a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Communication Arts-Film, TV, and Radio from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
