Amanda Tignanelli

Amanda Tignanelli is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at The Job Shoppe since March 2012. In this role, Amanda develops and implements recruitment strategies tailored to align with client business goals and foster strong relationships with corporate clients. Prior to this position, Amanda was the Manager of Corporate Recruitment, where Amanda designed recruitment strategies and led a team of recruiters to enhance talent acquisition efforts. Amanda’s earlier experience includes a role at YMCA focusing on child care and a position at Compu-Quote Inc. in quality assurance, where Amanda analyzed and tested software components.
