Alicia Petrone

Alicia Petrone is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in arts management and administration. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Major & Planned Gifts at The Joffrey Ballet since March 2019, Alicia has held various roles within the organization, including Major Gifts Manager and Advancement Coordinator. In addition to a successful career in non-profit management, Alicia has been an accomplished harpist since 2006, with notable performances at prestigious events such as Lollapalooza and Osh Kosh Irish Fest. Previous positions include Operations Manager at All Seasons Politics, LLC, Office Manager at SpotHero, Operations and Administrative Manager at the Center for Companies That Care, and Tour Coordinator at Kerry Records. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, Harp, from DePauw University.
