Raphael Elspas

Raphael Elspas is a seasoned software engineer currently working at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, specializing in wargame simulation and sensor fusion. Prior experience includes a principal software engineer role at Northrop Grumman, focusing on graph algorithms and full-stack development. Additional roles at Northrop Grumman involved lead software engineering, firmware engineering, FPGA design, and cyber software engineering. Raphael co-founded iCardioAI, a Y Combinator finalist, and has held various internships with NASA and the University of Maryland, contributing to projects in software engineering, mechanical and electrical design, and research.
