Frank Lucchesi

Frank Lucchesi possesses a wealth of experience in the field of RF communications, radar systems, and active arrays. With roles ranging from Chief Scientist to President and Chief Engineer, Frank has worked on advanced technology development, product innovation, and systems engineering for various aerospace and defense companies. Their expertise includes active phased array and RF systems architecture, systems analysis, simulations, and providing engineering services to the Department of Defense. Frank holds a PhD ABD in Advanced Signal Processing, MSEE in Communications and Systems Engineering, and BSEE in Electrical Engineering.
