Debbie Bocian

Debbie Bocian has a work experience spanning from 1984 to the present. Debbie started their career at Morton College where they held various positions, including Executive Secretary in the Human Resources department. Their responsibilities included posting vacancies, maintaining databases, and tracking employee leave. In 2002, they joined The Joint Commission as a Senior Human Resources Assistant, assisting employees and candidates with questions and scheduling interviews. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Executive Secretary to the Chief Human Resources Officer, where they were involved in budget preparation, analyzing reports, and preparing documents for the Board of Commissioners.

Debbie Bocian obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Management from Morton College, attending from 1982 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, they hold additional certifications, including "Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in July 2021, and "Yellow Belt" from The Joint Commission, obtained in September 2012.
