Kevin Joy

Kevin Joy is the President & CEO at The Joy Companies, Inc. and has over 18 years of experience in marketing, advertising, business development, and event management. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland.

Kevin's experience includes working as the Social Media Director and IT Systems Manager/User Protocol at BF Joy LLC, where they were responsible for marketing, branding, advertising, networking, and new technology research and acquisition. Kevin also served as the Business Development Manager at BF Joy LLC, where they managed marketing, branding, advertising, presentations, social media, networking, and new technology research and acquisition. Kevin also served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Marine Corps from December 2002 to November 2008. There, they were stationed at 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, MAG-46, MCAS Miramar in California and 4th Combat Engineer Battalion in Baltimore, Maryland.

In addition to their work in the corporate sector, Kevin has also worked as a cook at The Winesellar & Brasserie and as the Director of Stone Surfaces at Carapace. Kevin also has experience as an account executive, having worked for the Los Angeles Xtreme of the XFL football league.

Kevin Joy received a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Southern Methodist University. Kevin then received a Graduate Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the National Culinary School.
