Robert McPherson

Robert McPherson has had a diverse range of work experiences in the healthcare and recruitment industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they received training and opportunities for career growth. In 2016, they became a Healthcare Search Consultant at CareNational, specializing in finding medical management professionals for Managed Care Organizations. From 2017 to 2018, McPherson worked as a Staffing and Recruiting Manager at Alliant Healthcare Staffing, recruiting healthcare professionals and managing their applications and credentials. In 2018, they joined Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruitment Relationship Manager, responsible for full-cycle recruiting, coaching and developing team members, and exceeding client quotas. From 2020 to 2021, McPherson served as a Recruitment Manager at Concerted Care Group Management LLC, focusing on addiction treatment and outpatient clinic services. Robert then worked as a Director of Client Services (RPO) at Cross Country Search from 2021 to 2023, utilizing their expertise in healthcare permanent recruitment. Currently, McPherson is the Director of Operations at The JPI Group, leading contract recruiters in the utility and energy sectors, delivering top-notch services and reducing recruiting costs.

Robert McPherson attended Caldwell University from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Although they did not earn a degree at Caldwell University, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Widener University from 2011 to 2014.
