Jamie McCarthy is currently the Chief Creative Officer of Innovation at The JRT Agency, where they design meaningful human experiences for brands through media, technology, data, and consumer empathy. Prior to this role, they held positions at Leo Burnett Group as the Director of Engagement, at Goodby Silverstein & Partners as the Director of Integrated Creative Production, and co-founded LayerCakeCreative. Jamie also has experience as an Executive Producer/Associate Creative Director at BBDO Worldwide, as well as a show host at WJR.com. They studied English, music, and communication at Michigan State University.
