Kara Bordeaux

Kara Bordeaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and mental health services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Programs at One Hope United since August 2020, Kara has held various roles within the organization, including Director and Assistant Director of Programs. Prior to this, Kara directed the Sexual Assault Program at Call for Help, Inc., overseeing a staff of over 25 and managing multiple offices across five counties, while ensuring adherence to grant standards and program effectiveness. Kara also contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Southwestern Illinois College. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, complemented by a Master of Arts in the same field, showcasing a solid academic foundation alongside a dynamic professional career in mental health and community advocacy.
