George Couris is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive leadership experience. As President and CEO of The Pepper Group since 2002, George has driven revenue and profitability for clients through innovative marketing strategies. George has also served as President of the DePaul University Marketing Advisory Council and as a Team Mentor at The Junto Institute, contributing to the professional development of students and startup leaders. Additionally, George has been a board member of CEO Roundtable Chicago and held the position of Founding Partner at Teer1, a platform for employee engagement. Prior roles include President of the American Marketing Association Chicago Chapter and Senior Marketing Segment Manager at Michelin North America. George holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
