Marissa White has been working in the professional world since 2006. Marissa began their career at University of the Pacific as the Coordinator of Women's Basketball Operations. In 2009, they moved to Santa Clara University and took on the role of Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, where they were responsible for the development of wing players, recruitment of student-athletes, opponent scouts, film breakdown/film exchange, and community outreach efforts. In 2007, they also took on a role as Office Administration at Brookfalls Water Company, where they were responsible for customer service, data entry using Quickbooks Pro, and establishing a new customer base. In 2013, they moved to The Kanavel Group and held the positions of Director of Support Services and Student Information Systems Manager. In 2019, they began their current role as Operations Manager at TKG Solutions.
Marissa White has a diverse educational background. Marissa began their studies at Butte College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 2002. Marissa then continued their education at California State University, Chico, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology in 2004. From 2007 to 2009, they attended University of the Pacific, studying Sports Management. In addition to their degree-based education, Marissa has also obtained two certifications: Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in October 2021, and Procore Certification: Procore Administrator from Procore Technologies in September 2020.
