Valerie Reyher

Valerie S G Reyher is an experienced professional in workforce development and social enterprises, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Kennedy Collective since January 2021. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Vice President of Workforce Development & Social Enterprises at the same organization, focusing on creating employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers. Valerie has been a Surveyor for Employment & Community Services at CARF International since June 2008. Previously, Valerie was the Vice President of Rehabilitation Services and Supervisor of Employment Services at The Kennedy Center, Inc., overseeing various programs aimed at enhancing employment services for individuals with disabilities. Early career roles included Consulting Behaviorist for the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services and several positions at The Kennedy Center, Inc. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology, both from Marist College.
