Cj Harris

CJ Harris, MAT, currently serves as an Interventionist at Maxim Healthcare Staffing and an Educational Consultant at The Kirkland Group, both since February 2024. In addition, CJ is the Literacy Coordinator for Project Transformation Tennessee and an Educational Consultant for Harper Educational Consulting, LLC since November 2023 and June 2023, respectively. Previously, CJ held the position of Dean of Students at Promise Academy - Springhill from May 2019 to September 2023, overseeing students' academic, behavioral, and administrative progress. CJ also has experience as an English Language Arts Teacher at Promise Academy and KIPP Memphis Public Schools, and as an Interventionist/Teacher Fellow at Memphis College Prep Elementary, focusing on targeted academic support for students. CJ began a career in education as a Special Education Instructional Assistant at Sheffield Career and Technical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
