Jayne Godolphin

Jayne Godolphin is currently working as the Operations Director and Head of Operations at THE KITE ACADEMY TRUST. Prior to this, Jayne has held roles such as Consultant at Soft Purple Consulting, Interim Head of HR and L&D at PROSPECT HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES, and Board Member at PETERSFIELD HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED. With extensive experience in HR management, Jayne has worked as the Head of HR at Accent Peerless Ltd and Peerless Housing Group Ltd, where she was responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support. Additionally, Jayne has also served as the HR Manager at Surrey Heath Housing Association Ltd, where she successfully set up a new HR function for the company. Throughout her career, Jayne has demonstrated skills in organizational development, training, project management, performance, and change management.
