Matthew Shand

Matthew Shand is an experienced professional currently serving as a Territory Manager at The KMAC GROUP since March 2024. With a strong background in coaching and youth mentorship, Matthew has been an Assistant Instructor with Next Level Lacrosse Canada since March 2015, positively impacting the lives of young athletes aged 8-18. Previous roles include Guest Experience Lead at lululemon, CEO and Co-Founder of Sticks & Stones Sports LLC, and Regional Director at True Lacrosse. Matthew also has coaching experience as Head Coach with Edge Lacrosse Inc. and served as a Student Ambassador at Saint Leo University. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University, along with a high school diploma from The Hill Academy.
