Nishat Baig

Nishat Baig serves as the CEO and Founder of Nish Like Wish and the Chief Communications Officer at Outer Voice Records, roles held since November 2021 and November 2020, respectively. As a freelance manager, publicist, A&R, and digital marketer since August 2017, Nishat has created press tools and managed promotional campaigns for various developing artists, secured significant media placements, and overseen extensive release rollouts across multiple digital platforms. Additional experience includes contributions as a writer for The Knockturnal and previous roles at Press Play Agency, Def Jam Recordings, and Epic Records, where Nishat developed strong relationships within the music industry and showcased a commitment to elevating emerging talent. Nishat holds a degree from Fordham University, completed in 2017.
