Stephen Rabideau

Stephen Rabideau began their professional career in 2011 as a Summer Janitor for Warren Township. In 2012, they became an HVAC Engineering Intern at Jaros Baum & Bolles, where they were responsible for converting old drawings into AutoCAD files, performing heat load calculations, and designing layouts of HVAC systems in New York City high rise buildings. Stephen also improved the heat load calculation program in Microsoft Excel. In 2014, Stephen worked as a Product Coordinator for GMB and as a Teacher's Assistant at Grove City College. Stephen then joined The Knotts Company in 2015, where they held the roles of Lead Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Product Specialist, and 80/20 Specialist. In 2013, Stephen was the Assistant Program Director at Victory Valley Camp, where their main responsibilities included assigning junior staff members to weekly positions, directing the kitchen staff daily, aiding the program director in guiding the staff, and facilitating teamwork by emphasizing a common goal. Stephen was also responsible for fostering growth in the staff both as employees and as individuals.

Stephen Rabideau attended Grove City College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
